- Introduction is usually 5-10 pages long and contains: a brief introduction to the area where you place the thesis, a brief description the objectives of the thesis, a brief description of the structure of the thesis, namely that the content will be subject of discussion in later chapters.
- Top Chapters Each chapter always begins with a brief (5-10 lines) which introduced the objective of the chapter and a brief description of the contents of the chapter,

In this first chapter provides an overview of the state of the art search engine. In Section 2.1 we introduce the field of information retrieval. - End of chapter, each chapter ends with a short conclusion which summarizes the contents of the chapter and link it with the next chapter.
